CLCE Construction primarily provides construction services focusing on industrial and commercial development projects, infrastructure building, and water infrastructure.

CLCE Construction has over 30 years of expertise and experience in the construction industry and has completed many construction projects throughout Malaysia. Our team specialises in large-scale construction projects, leveraging innovative technology, smart machinery, and material resources to provide great outcomes for our clients.

CHONG CHEE LEONG

Mr. Chong Chee Leong is a successful contractor in Perak. He started his career with Tan Yap & Associates (Consultant Chartered Civil & Structural Engineers) in Ipoh as a cadet engineer. With a humble beginning he climbed his ladder slowly and steadily. He achieved his ambition by an unconventional way through IEM / BEM Professional Exam. Part I & II. His path was not a smooth one, he encountered many failures but with determination he achieved it at last. He is a life example for those who are determined to achieve something in life.

He had held various positions in building industry, which included Site Agent & Job Planner with Job Associates Construction Sdn. Bhd., Project Engineer with Hyundai Housing & Industrial Development Co. Ltd., Site Engineer with Pembinaan Binatek, Project Manager with Quality Coils Industries Sdn. Bhd., Managing Director with Natwealth Construction Sdn. Bhd. and finally he set up his own construction company in Ipoh; CLCE Construction Sdn. Bhd.

Apart from his heavy workload, Mr. Chong also actively involved in professional activities. He is a member of The Malaysian Institute of Management, graduate member of The Institute of Engineers Malaysia and the President of Perak Contractor’s Association.
